Sarah is an international speaker and author. She is a graduate of the Christian Leaders Authors & Speakers Services (CLASS) and is an active women's retreat and conference speaker. She speaks at church services and has taught alongside her husband at a missionary training school in Romania. Sarah authored "Satisfied Woman: Discovering True Worth, Peace, Fulfillment & Abundant Living" of which resulted in extensive media interviews with national and international television networks including LeSea Broadcasting.

Sarah is Board Certified as a Biblical Counselor through the International Board of Christian Counselors and attended Grace College of Divinity for ministerial training. She has been a successful business owner and is Founder of Declaring His Answer Ministries, Int'l - a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to connect women for spiritual growth and encouragement through media and online technology.

Sarah is potentially reaching women in 170 countries around the globe through her web-tv programs "Enjoying Victory Today" and "Keeping In Step with the Holy Spirit" broadcasting on Christian.tv.

Sarah is happily married to Sr. Pastor Jonathan C. Goebel, has two adult children, and is a grandmother and a puppy owner.
